Newlight Resource Centre  Project

A community-based resource centre called "Newlight Resource Centre” (NRC) will be established in Central Kenya commencing Dec 2009. NRC will focus on providing awareness and sensitisation on the condition of Albinism to persons with Albinism and the society at large through education, health, outreach programmes and vocational guidance and counselling, especially to those with low income and from rural areas.  It is expected that through providing information and services to persons with Albinism and their families it will be possible to have a direct and positive effect on their well being in the society and battle the challenges.
